We're capturing opportunities in rapidly expanding markets like China, India, Russia and Brazil - the BRIC economies.
Our growing operations in Central and Eastern Europe include plants in Poland, Czech Republic and Russia. These efficient, cost-effective facilities handle an increasing number of our new vehicle launches in Europe as our customers shift more of their operations eastward.

Japan - In September 2012, Tenneco opened its first manufacturing plant in Japan. Located in Osaka, the facility produces emission control systems for Kubota
China - We opened the Shanghai Tenneco Research and Development Center in mid-2007 and opened an EC joint venture in Beijing in 2009 with Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts Company Limited (BHAP).
India - In 2010 we opened a new manufacturing plant in Chennai - the company's seventh in India.
Russia - We opened our second emission control facility in Russia in St. Petersburg in 2007.
USA - Our San Antonio JIT (Just-in-Time) was established to serve Toyota Tundra's production.
