Elizabeth Williams is Tenneco’s senior vice president, strategy and corporate development, responsible for leading the strategic imperatives for each of the company’s product lines and ensuring alignment with Tenneco’s overall strategic direction.
Williams joined Tenneco in June 2017, bringing significant experience in strategy and corporate development with several multinational corporations. Prior to Tenneco, she led her own consulting firm, the Torrington Consortium, where she partnered with clients on a variety of challenges, including business development, economic forecasting, merger and acquisition pipeline development and execution, and project management. Before that, she served in senior-level roles at Copenhagen-based Maersk Group; ABB Group in a Zurich, Switzerland; United Technologies Corporation; and Johnson Controls, Inc.
Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
