Lake Forest, Illinois, July 20, 2018 - Tenneco Inc. (NYSE: TEN) announced today that its Board of Directors (“Board”) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on its common stock.  The dividend will be payable on September 21, 2018 to shareholders of record as of September 4, 2018.  Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
