Ken Trammell is executive vice president for Tenneco. From 2003 until July 2018, he served as the company's chief financial officer, with responsibility for financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury and investor relations for the company.
Previously, Trammell served as vice president and controller, assuming this position following the spin-off of the packaging business from Tenneco, Inc. He was named senior vice president and chief financial officer in 2003 and executive vice president in 2006.
Prior to joining Tenneco, Trammell worked at Arthur Andersen LLP with responsibility for audits and consultation on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for Andersen clients.
Trammell holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Houston and earned his CPA certificate in Texas. He serves on the Board of Directors of Universal Technical Institute, Inc.
