Michael Seurynck, vice president and general manager, North America Clean Air, is responsible for Tenneco's, original equipment clean air business in North America. He is based in Grass Lake, Michigan and is a member of Tenneco’s senior management team.
Seurynck originally joined Tenneco in March 2015 after spending the previous 16 years serving in positions of increasing responsibility with Johnson Controls, Inc., most recently as director of operations for JCI’s power solutions business. Prior to his time with JCI, Seurynck spent seven years working for the Ford Motor Company in its facilities in Dearborn and Woodhaven, Michigan.
Seurynck holds both a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s in education, marketing and promotions from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich., where he played college basketball and served as a graduate assistant coach.
