Ron Hundzinski is Tenneco’s executive vice president, finance. He is also expected to serve as chief financial officer for the new Tenneco (subject to the spinoff occurring and applicable approvals) that will emerge during the second half of 2019 out of Tenneco’s acquisition of Federal-Mogul in 2018 and the subsequent separation into two new, publicly traded companies.
Previously, Hundzinski served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of BorgWarner Inc. since 2012. During his career with BorgWarner, he held a range of finance leadership positions including treasurer, principal accounting officer, and vice president of finance for the BorgWarner Turbo Systems business.
Prior to joining BorgWarner, Hundzinski held leadership positions in finance at Emerson Electric, GKN and Meridian Automotive. He has been an independent director of Gentherm Incorporated since 2016.
Hundzinski holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
