Alexandra Iordache joined Tenneco in June 2024 as Vice President, Global Communications. She leads a global team responsible for shaping how the company communicates with its 60,000-member workforce and key stakeholders worldwide, helping strengthen Tenneco’s brand and drive alignment across the enterprise.
 
Alexandra brings deep global communications leadership to her role, with extensive experience in the automotive and industrial sectors and a particular interest in the intersection of communications, transformation, and execution. She partners closely with the business to identify the moments where communication can help leaders connect the dots, align teams, and move strategy into action. Raised by engineers and shaped by an international background, Alexandra brings a natural curiosity to the work and a perspective that helps bridge business priorities, people, and execution. 
 
Prior to joining Tenneco, Alexandra held communications leadership roles at leading global companies, including:

• Meritor
• Faurecia
• ZF Group
   

She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Michigan and is also the author of a novel — reflecting her lifelong interest in storytelling and the power of narrative.
