As the Executive Vice President and Group President of Performance Solutions, Prakash Mahesh oversees the Braking, NVH, Monroe Ride Solutions and SPG business units. With nearly 30 years of experience across IT solutions, medical devices, aerospace and defense, industrial and automotive manufacturing, he’s passionate about building high-performing teams, driving transformation and unlocking new market opportunities.

Before joining Tenneco in 2025, Prakash led the Life Sciences Group at ATS Automation. He previously held leadership roles at Ametek, Closure Systems International and Sonoco. No matter the industry, his focus remains the same – scaling businesses, driving innovation and delivering impact.

Prakash holds an MBA from California Coast University, an M.S. in Computer Science from Drexel University and an engineering degree from PSG College of Technology.
