As President of Asia Pacific (APAC) for Tenneco, Sean Li oversees the full P&L and business growth strategy for Original Equipment (OE) operations across the APAC region—including exhaust systems, powertrain components, suspension, braking, NVH, and ignition technologies. In a market where technology and innovation evolve daily, Sean knows that success demands disciplined leadership, fast action, and the drive to turn bold ambitions into reality.
With more than 25 years of experience across four continents, Sean has held key roles in the transportation industry including:

With a strong background in international business and leadership, Sean holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), a certificate from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in English and International Business from Sichuan International Studies University.
