Lake Forest, Illinois, July 12, 2017 - Tenneco (NYSE: TEN) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on September 26, 2017 to shareholders of record as of September 7, 2017. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
