DynoMax Street Series mufflers are offered in two designs: the popular Super Turbo™ and the stainless steel Ultra-Flo™.

The DynoMax Super Turbo is engineered with patented flow directors to channel exhaust gases and minimize turbulence. In addition, the exhaust unit features large internal tubes to maximize exhaust flow and to offer a pleasing mellow sound tone. Super Turbo mufflers are manufactured using aluminized steel materials; depending on the model, each muffler is either doubled wrapped or arc welded for long service life. The Ultra Flo's large diameter internal perf tube provides maximum sound absorption with minimal turbulence. The perf tube is wrapped with stainless steel mesh and the body contains Continuous Roving Fiberglass (CRF) material that won't blow out like conventional packing materials. And there is no better looking or longer lasting performance muffler thanks to Ultra-Flo's all stainless steel construction. The high chromium content T-304 stainless steel cover and end caps provide a custom polished appearance that will look great for years. Like the Super Turbo, Ultra-Flo mufflers are available in both oval and round styles, including many direct-fit car and light truck applications. Both Super Turbo and Ultra-Flo mufflers carry a lifetime limited warranty, guaranteeing the muffler for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle.

Racers will benefit from the Race Series muffler line, which includes the Race Series Collector, Bullet and the Race Series Oval and Round welded mufflers. All DynoMax Race Series mufflers feature a full 360-degree welded shell to endure the most extreme race conditions. And all DynoMax Race mufflers feature a straight-through design to virtually eliminate the horsepower and torque losses normally associated with mufflers in racing applications.

A patent pending process call FIOB (Forstadt Inside/Outside Bend) is used to manufacture the internal perf tube on Race Welded mufflers. This process prevents perf tube distortion and results in maximum exhaust flow and performance. In addition, the FIOB process increases the perf tube area for improved sound absorption and reduces driver fatigue.
