LAKE FOREST, ILLINOIS, SEPTEMBER 12, 2006 – Tenneco (NYSE: TEN) will participate in the Bank of America 36th Annual Investment Conference to be held in San Francisco, on Tuesday, September 19, 2006. Ken Trammell, the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present at 8:00 a.m. PT.
