Tenneco Monroe® Intelligent Suspension Featured On New Renault Talisman

Renault combines 4Control four-wheel steering technology with semi-active suspension

Lake Forest, Illinois, March 29, 2016 – Tenneco Inc. (NYSE: TEN) is supplying the newly-launched Renault Talisman D-segment sedan with its continuously variable semi-active (CVSAe) suspension, part of the company’s Monroe® Intelligent Suspension portfolio of original equipment advanced technologies.

The Talisman provides what Renault calls a personalized driving experience via its Multi-Sense technology, which offers drivers the choice of comfort, sport, eco, neutral and perso modes.  Tenneco’s CVSAe  technology is available as an option within Renault’s Multi-Sense system, allowing drivers to select outstanding ride comfort or dynamic, agile handling for a sportier ride. The Talisman model offers a shortcut button to switch instantly between the comfort and sport modes.
