While we are proud of our accomplishments, we know what matters most is how we achieve them. For us, it all starts and ends with arguably our most important Value: Integrity Always. We are committed to doing the right thing the right way and following all laws, regulations, and policies applicable to our business. Our Code of Conduct (the “Code”) can help. It’s our guide for making good decisions and putting our Values into action.

Success requires a personal commitment from each of us. To do your part, read the Code and refer to it often. Think of it as an owner’s manual for a car: a tool that empowers you to put our Values to work and to make good decisions that we can all be proud of, even in tough situations. In it, you will also find guidelines and examples that will help you speak up when you have questions or concerns.

We value speaking up because the more we communicate and rely on one another, the easier it will be to work toward our common Purpose: Driving Advancements in Global Mobility – Solutions for cleaner, more efficient, comfortable, and reliable performance.

On June 15, 2021, Tenneco finalized a renewed version of our Code of Conduct. The new Code of Conduct has been adopted and its content is generally consistent with the prior version. The new Code of Conduct was updated for ease of use and readability among other minor revisions.
