HOW TO REPORT A CONCERN
Tenneco has established an independent Hotline which is available at any time 24 hours a day, seven days a week, where employees, or other interested parties such as customers and suppliers, can call or write, on a confidential and anonymous basis (as allowed by law), when they have concerns relating to integrity issues or unethical conduct, particularly those related to a violation of our Code, Company policy, or the law. If you ever see or suspect something improper, speak up. Even if you’re unsure, speaking up is always the right thing to do.
U.S. Hotline Call Center: 1-866-828-8388 (outside the U.S. see the website above for country specific information)

AVAILABLE TRAININGS
As a valued supplier partner, you play an important role in our success. At Tenneco, we are committed to building strong, trusted relationships with our suppliers, grounded in shared expectations for how we do business. Along with delivering high‑quality products and services, we expect our supplier partners to operate with integrity and in a manner that reflects our commitment to the highest ethical standards.
To make these expectations clear, Tenneco has established a global Supplier Code of Conduct that applies to all supplier partners worldwide. The Code outlines the standards we expect across ethical business practices, social responsibility and human rights, environmental stewardship, and responsible supply chain management.
To support understanding and alignment, we provide training on key topics referenced in the Supplier Code of Conduct. We encourage you to review these resources and share them within your own supply chain to help promote consistent standards and responsible business practices.
