Wear and scuffing behavior of piston ring and liner segments can be precisely measured with our RIG test facilities. We calculate piston ring performance with our in-house ring dynamic software Prime3D. The knowledge of expected gas flows, piston ring dynamics and blowby rates of the engine is a tremendous advantage for our customers.
